Youth Pledge Day will be commemorated on 28 October. The spirit of Indonesian youth may continue to burn for the rise of Greater Indonesia. Like the thunder of the verses of the Youth Pledge that are timeless,
“Kami putra dan putri Indonesia, mengaku bertumpah darah yang satu, tanah air Indonesia”
“Kami putra dan putri Indonesia, mengaku berbangsa yang satu, bangsa Indonesia”
“Kami putra dan putri Indonesia menjunjung bahasa persatuan, Bahasa Indonesia”
Means,
“We, the sons and daughters of Indonesia, confess that we have shed one blood, the homeland of Indonesia”
“We, the sons and daughters of Indonesia, claim to be one nation, the Indonesian nation”
“We, sons and daughters of Indonesia, uphold the language of unity, Indonesian”
The contents of the Youth Pledge above are the fire of enthusiasm that must be ignited in the chest of every child of the nation from various sides of the nation’s life. Various activities were held to celebrate Youth Pledge Day. Like this cultural art activity which was initiated by Dedi Sjahrir Panigoro.
Entitled, “From Youth for the Nation” commemorating the 94th Youth Pledge Day, talented young Indonesian musicians under the tutelage of Candra Darusman and Andien, renowned senior musicians, will perform at Griya Arifin Panigoro, Jalan Jenggala 1, No. 2, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Friday, October 28, 2022, at 18.30.
The talented young musicians are members of the “Chaseiro All Stars” consisting of Albert Fakdawer (vocalist and guitarist who is also majoring in acting), Kafin Sulthan (vocalist, and keyboardist who studied architect at the University of Indonesia), Rafi Sudirman (vocalist, saxophonist, and songwriter), Rega Dauna (self-taught vocalist and harmonica player).
This musical performance was also supported by Aditya Setiadi (pianist), Aning Katamsi (Indonesian soprano queen), and Pharel Silaban (talented young tenor). (admin)
